At Nia Academy, we believe every child deserves an education that honors who they are. Our curriculum is intentionally designed to develop the whole child — academically, culturally, and emotionally.
Culturally Responsive Teaching
Our curriculum centers Black history, African heritage, and diverse cultural narratives as core academic content — not electives. Students see themselves reflected in what they learn, building pride and identity alongside knowledge.
STEAM Integration
Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math are woven into every subject area. Hands-on projects, experiments, and creative challenges develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills that prepare students for the future.
Financial Literacy
We teach students to understand money, budgeting, entrepreneurship, and wealth-building from an early age. Financial literacy is a life skill — and at Nia Academy, it's a core part of every student's education from day one.
