Stephanie Houston

Stephanie Houston is an experienced educator and mentor who oversees the development and implementation of Nia Academy’s innovative curriculum. With a strong background in teacher training, classroom engagement, and culturally responsive education, she ensures that the learning experience remains both meaningful and effective for all students. 

As the Teacher Manager, she supports instructors in developing lesson plans that integrate Black History, financial literacy, STEAM education, and language studies in Swahili and Spanish, making learning a rich and interactive process. Stephanie is committed to empowering teachers with the tools and strategies they need to create engaging classrooms where students feel inspired to learn and grow. Her leadership is built on the belief that when educators are supported, students benefit the most.
