As the Parent Engagement Manager, she works to strengthen the relationship between Nia Academy and the families it serves, ensuring that parents feel informed, involved, and empowered in their child’s education. 

She organizes meaningful engagement opportunities, including family nights, workshops, and community events, fostering a strong sense of collaboration between parents, teachers, and students.
